Clean Technology Testing & Pilot Partner Identification Program
With support from the US Department of Energy, the Clean Technology & Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI) has launched a program to address a critical challenge faced by organizations in the clean tech space - finding the right test partners. Working with US utilities and municipalities, CTSI is identifying the “Who is looking for technology solutions?” and matching these organizations to the “Who has the technology?” - the global community of clean technology solution providers.
The goal of the Clean Technology Testing & Pilot Partner Identification Program (cleanTest) is to facilitate testing and pilot project partnerships that will enable more rapid growth of clean technology companies and increase the speed of clean technology adoption by utilities and municipalities - driving more jobs, and securing safer, greener, and more reliable energy and water supplies.
cleanTest has four primary components:
- Identification of key technology needs by US utilities and municipalities.
- Collection and categorization of existing utility/municipal-scale technology solutions.
- Showcase of top technologies/products in the Utility Technology Challenge
- Matching of technology solutions to testing/pilot partnership opportunities with utilities and municipalities.
