| Abstract: | Oral presentation. Renewable energy can succeed in non-RPS states. Second generation renewable fuels offer a viable market beachhead for the introduction and development of renewable energy businesses in non-RPS states, particularly the Southeastern United States. This paper will examine market needs, drivers, supply chains, economics and other elements for creating and building successful energy companies in the Southeast. These considerations are part of a core model for renewable energy strategies elsewhere in the US and abroad. |
