The results of this work show that using clean bacterial cultures of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is in the case very good if we evaluate desulphurization from point of pyrite sulphur, after one month of leaching is almost gone from sample contains much organic sulphur which is produced by bacteria Thiobacillus ferrooxidans degraded only a little.
