Membership
Membership begins once information and fees have been received and verified by CTSI. CTSI membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully before proceeding.
Event Registration
Event entry fees registered are subject to the policies of the specific event. Please review the rules and regulations for each event.
CleanTX Forum Events:
Registrations are not refundable. CleanTX reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or limit the attendance of any forum event. If a program is cancelled and not rescheduled, registrants will receive a full refund. If program is rescheduled, a credit will be applied to the rescheduled event.
