Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Dulles and Baltimore Washington International Airports. Shuttle service and car service are available from either airport to the hotel. Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals. And for a unique day trip, take a water taxi across the Potomac to historic Old Town Alexandria.

Shuttle Service:

A free 15-passenger shuttle runs to the Gaylord Convention Center for summit attendees at the following morning schedule:

• 7:00am-8:15am-10:00am Stop #1 Old Post Office (1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW)
• 7:15 am—8:30am-10:15am-Stop #2 Union Station (H. Street and 2nd Street NE)
• 7:45am-9:00am-10:45am Stop #3 Gaylord National

Additionally an all-day $13 one-way shuttle runs on the following schedule:
Gaylord National Resort (Main Lobby) Departs: 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00 Noon, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, 7:30pm

Union Station (In front of Union Station outside the Main Hall entrance. Third lane, beyond taxi lane Departs: 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:30pm; 8:00pm

Old Post Office (12th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW) Departs: 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm, 8:30pm

As National Harbor is a new development and may not register on some GPS systems, please follow these driving directions for best results.

Downtown DC Shuttle
Downtown D.C. Shuttle Service Featuring continuous service to:

• Old Post Office (1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW)
• Union Station (H. Street and 2nd Street NE)

Departing every half-hour, on the hour, from Gaylord National's main entrance Seven days a week: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

• One-way tickets: $13
• Round-trip tickets: $20
• Unlimited, 3-Day Pass: $49

Airport Shuttle Services

Hourly shuttle service is available from Reagan National Airport (DCA). And SuperShuttle service, private sedans, and taxis are available to all major airports and most locations locally.

King Street Metrorail Station and Old Town Alexandria Shuttle Service

Connect with the Metro or visit Old Town Alexandria’s historic waterfront community via our King Street Metro Shuttle departing directly from our hotel and stopping at King Street and the King Street Metro stop.

The shuttle operates 7-days-a-week from 6:30am - 9:00pm (weekdays) and until 10:00pm (weekends) on a continuous loop every 45-minutes. (Traffic conditions may affect schedule during rush hour and special events.)

No Reservations are required. Guests are simply asked to request a boarding pass at the transportation desk (next to Bell Services). For their convenience, guests may also purchase MetroRail passes direcly at the transportation desk.
