For on-site registration:

1. Must have press credentials on hand
2. If freelance, must have a written assignment request on an official publication letterhead
3. Publication must have a record of reporting on energy or technology innovation
4. Publication must distribute non-paid content. Publications that are entirely fee-for-content must register at the discounted $395 rate. Request a discounted pass from the media contact below.
5. Publication must have available audited circulation data. For online publications, minimum monthly page views of 400,000, and for print publications, monthly minimum distribution of 10,000.

Note: Exceptions to above may be made with sufficient justification of target audience reach and community served. Note, exceptions will ONLY be granted to advance approval requests made by February 25, 2011.

Press pass access is only available for Summit registration (access 5:00 pm February 28 to 3:00 pm March 2)
