Chris ColquittSite Leader
Christopher Colquitt has served in numerous roles with General Motors throughout his career. With a background in Engineering, Chris interned at GM\'s Fuel Cell Research Labs in Honeoye Falls, NY while earning his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and was hired full-time after graduation to operate fuel cell stack test equipment. In 2004 he moved to Washington DC as a Field Service Engineer with GM\'s HydroGen3 fuel cell test fleet followed by a move to the NY metro area in 2007 as an Engineer with the current fleet of Chevrolet Equinox FCEVs. In 2008 Chris made a transition to Driver Relationship Manager for the Fuel Cell Program. In this role he served as a primary point of contact for drivers of the Chevy Equinox fuel cell electric vehicle market test program \"Project Driveway\" which included training drivers on vehicle operating characteristics and hydrogen refueling, conducting educational outreach, acting as a 24/7 \"tech support\" for drivers while relaying data back to the engineering team. In his current role as Site Leader - General Motors Advanced Technology Demonstration Programs in Hawaii, Chris is responsible for operations, maintenance, and deployment activities of the current Chevrolet FCEV fleet in addition to the support of hydrogen infrastructure growth and greater advancement of petroleum and emission reducing technologies.
