Jim Muldoon is the Science and Technology Advisor for US Army, Pacific at Ft Shafter, Hawaii. He is responsible for investigating and coordinating systems engineering, research and development, modeling, simulation, integration concepts for science and technology initiatives for USARPAC.

Jim Muldoon retired from the Air Force in September 2007 and started federal civilian service in October 2007. He enlisted on 11 September, 1984 was later commissioned in 2000. He served in various technical, operational and staff assignments in United Kingdom and continental United States over his 23 year career. He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and two associate degrees from the Community College of the USAF. Due to this recent Army assignment, Jim resigned as Elected Trustee of the Yale Public School’s Board of Education serving his home town of Avoca MI. Jim has a supporting his wife of 27 years, Tracey and children: Lexie and J.P.
