Hawai‘i Regional Council Of Carpenters
Mr. Hoshijo serves as Education and Political Director for Hawai‘i Regional Council of Carpenters. Prior to 2000, he was with International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU). He has participated in contract negotiations, public policy, organizing, member education, and worker housing development.

Service has ranged from: Blood Bank of Hawaii Board, Judicial Selection Commission, Jack Hall Hawai‘i Housing Corporation, Ewa Housing Foundation, and Hawaii Housing Development Corporation boards. Mr. Hoshijo has also served on the University of Hawaii Center for Labor Education and Research - Labor Education Advisory Council.

Mr. Hoshijo’s education includes Hawai‘i Public Schools, Antioch College, and the UH for his PEd.
