Scott Foster is Managing Director of Hannon Armstrong's Federal Business Unit. He has over 20 years of experience combining federal business development with structured finance experience. Mr. Foster has originated, structured, and facilitated financing for over $4 billion, primarily working with federal prime contractors and structuring non-recourse financing in all asset classes essential to the U.S. Government, including energy, information technology and telephony, buildings, and aircraft. Mr. Foster has published and frequently speaks on financing infrastructure assets with emphasis on U.S. Government contract finance. Prior to joining Hannon Armstrong, he worked at GE Capital in the company’s federal finance group. Mr. Foster earned a B.A. and a M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
