Vice President - Director of Sustainability and Projects
As Vice President - Director of Sustainability and Projects, Krista Sprenger is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s vision for sustainability is communicated and implemented throughout its entire portfolio in the Americas region of Lend Lease. Krista works to foster collaboration between Lend Lease and its clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative social, economic and environmental sustainability solutions which create lasting value for all involved. She is also responsible for driving the commercialization of sustainability across the Americas region.
As an active participant in the real estate and sustainability industries, Krista sits on the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) U.S. Sustainable Development Council, the Real Estate Roundtable’s Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee and the Colorado U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Advocacy Committee. She is also recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leader in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) in Building Design and Construction and holds a Green Building Certification from Colorado State University.
Krista is active in various ongoing philanthropic and humanitarian initiatives around the world, with a specific focus on supporting social and economic development of women in developing countries through the World Response Foundation.
