Project Development Manager
Jody Allione, Project Development Manager for AES Solar in Hawaii has been actively involved in various sectors of the energy industry for 30 years including 20 years working in Hawaii.
As an independent consultant, her background includes working with independent power producers, large engineering contractors, and consulting companies and due diligence work with equity funds in the energy business. Her experience working on renewable power and cogeneration projects includes combined cycle natural gas and liquid fuel fired projects as well as pumped hydro storage, geothermal, wind, biomass, waste to energy , solar thermal, biofuel terminal and logistics development, and utility scale photovoltaic projects.
With a background in strategic planning and implementation, her specialty is in the conceptualizing and development of large scale project opportunities including site acquisition, community interaction, permitting strategy and utility negotiations best exemplified where she led the project development of the 60 MW Hamakua Energy Partners project on the Big Island.
Her Industrial Distribution degree is from the School of Engineering at Clarkson University and she has an MBA from Pepperdine.
