Kendall Kam is the Energy Program Manager for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific. Mr. Kam has been in the Energy Branch since 1996 and oversees energy awareness, building energy efficient models, life cycle costing, innovative technology, energy efficiency/conservation strategies, and promotes energy training. Mr. Kam develops energy efficiency/conservation/reduction/alternative energy/water efficiency projects; secures innovative financing for the energy program and projects; oversees utilities data and billing management, including AMI, and energy efficiency program management. He also provides input on energy policy, regulations, codes, and instructions. Mr. Kam graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and is CEM certified.
