- Project Manager for the proposed $1 Billion Inter-island Cable Project Between Oahu, Molokai, and Lanai
- Streamline and facilitate the permitting process for renewable energy projects
- Draft legislation to encourage development of renewable energy in Hawaii

- Lead a 45-person base support contract for a remote international oil field
- Negotiated work contracts with Kazakh government and banking officials

- Oversaw construction on the $400 million new South Pole station project
- Coordinating a 23-person maintenance and construction crew

- Commanded a 140-person construction team sent to Turkey to design and build a 2200-person tent city worth over $10 million.
