28+ years of experience in the area of Fuels Technology. Currently holds the title of Naval Air Systems Command Research and Engineering Fellow.

Current Responsibilities:
Navy Fuels Team Lead responsible for the direction of all Navy Fuel (aircraft, ship and missile) In-Service Engineering and RDTE programs.

Navy Task Force Energy Fuel Working Group lead responsible for Alternative Fuel Test and Certification.

Navy Task Force Energy Aviation Working Group lead responsible for Navy Aviation Energy Conservation Strategy.

Publications/Patents/Society Affiliations:
Authored over 50 technical reports and articles and holds one US patent.

Member of ASTM Aviation Subcommittee, Coordinating Research Council Aviation Committee, International Association for the Stability, Handling and Use of Liquid Fuels and Tri-Service POL Users Group Steering Committee.
