Director of Research Programs

Joshua M. Dickinson is the Director of Research Programs for the WateReuse Foundation, as well as the Director of Technical Services for the WateReuse Association in Alexandria, VA. The WateReuse Foundation is an educational, nonprofit public benefit corporation whose mission is to conduct and promote applied research on the reclamation, reuse, recycling, and desalination of water.

Josh received a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in Environmental Engineering, as well as a M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Environmental Science and Policy. He is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Maryland and is also a registered Professional Engineer in California, Maryland, and Virginia.
