The focus of this presentation will be the top eight intellectual property issues VCs should consider when evaluating investment opportunities. The presenter, Michael Messinger, is a director (partner) at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C., a Washington, D.C.-based intellectual property law firm that has a CleanTech sm Industry Group among its practice specialties.
